The employees in the past ignored me, I had waited 45minutes and walked. I went to get a haircut at Great Clips in Liberty today. I checked online anin I walked in and of course their bathroom was broken. I had to go next-door and when I came back of course they had skipped me and then when the girls got done a couple of them got done they just ignored me. My neighbor across the street refuses to go to this Great Clips. She goes to the one in Easley because this one is so slack in customer service. On a scale of one to zero, they don't even rate in customer service. THEY MAY CUT WELL, but CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS

I checked in online. When I arrived there were 3 ahead of me with a posted 14 minute wait. The other three were called so I assumed I was next. A gentlemam walked in. Checked in and sat down. Another man walked in asking about a product . THREE people were helping him with his product( One left a customer in her chair for about 10 mins to jump into the product conversation) Meanwhile the man who walked in, was called back. My name was no longer on the screen. I waited another 10 mins ( for a total of about 35 mins) while they helped everyone else before I left.Just WOW. Ill go to Easley.....
