The people running the front desk have no business being up there bunch of powder Puffs going to take my money then try to send me away because they can't handle adult talk and found my rude ig.. the doctors only want to throw pills at you that don't fix the problem.. they don't really help with anything, didn't help me get into my my-charts when I asked.. In fact the only thing they can do there is refer you to someone who can actually do something somewhere else and they didn't even do that for me .. they're very quick and impersonal

My Dad has been waiting for 2 weeks to get a referral for MRI, have left messages with nurse, no return call. Unacceptable.

Waiting on Dr to let us know about my wife mamogram the hospital has already scheduled a follow up.have heard nothing of course the nurse called us in April to tell us my wife had appointment for mamogram in April I said it was supposed to scheduled in December last year she laughed and said I guess we dropped the ball.I don't see nothing funny since they found something and having her to come back.but I don't expect anything better out of this office! Still do not know what is going on!

All the pandemic hysteria has made visiting a doctors office quite stressful for many. Not so at AnMed In Liberty. Nurse practitioner Augusta Hall who performed my DOT physical, made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Her warm and professional demeanor, made all the difference.

I just called to schedule an appointment (as an established patient). They told me their first available would be a couple of weeks out. I asked if I could see a different provider, to maybe get in sooner, and was told no. That I had to see the same one I saw last time. This is ridiculous!!!! I will be looking for another provider ASAP!!! And the lady that answered the phone was very rude to top it all off!!! Very unprofessional!!!!
