Incredibly rude employee (Madison). You are told as the customer by one attendant to wait at the counter, and then all of a sudden this bubblehead shows up all inpatient and annoyed. She doesn't make eye contact, while she looks at the screen: name? Date of birth? It's as if you're treated as some detainee. No "good morning", no "thanks, please, good bye, no nothing. Not even the courtesy to greet the customer. You're treated completely impersonally by some arrogant stuck-up bubblehead who's standing there, and meanwhile, you're shelling out a lot of money and expected to wait for a long time. What bothers me the most is that I walk in there, haven't done anything wrong, and yet I'm treated as if I've done something wrong. I will never go to Walgreens again. I don't care if they don't have enough staff or if they're overworked; they should hire more staff or pay them an adequate salary, I just want to be treated decently as a paying customer, I think I have the right to that

Cora is extremely rude. After I had been waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to ring me up she finally came over and had an immediate bad attitude like she was mad about having to do her job. I left without purchasing anything.

"My husband and I walked in to purchase bandaids, Tylenol & a vitamin at 9:38 pm on 9/15/2023. Upon entering, my husband (who is a prior Walgreens manager), greeted the front end woman with a friendly, "hello!" After about 60 seconds goes by, the lady very rudely and loudly said "welcome to Walgreens." At this point, we were already towards the back of the store and very clearly you could see that we were the only customers in the store. At 9:40 pm, the same lady that was rude in the front of the store, announced over the intercom system that Walgreens would be closing shortly and we needed to get our items to the front to check out. As a customer, I feel like that is extremely rude and in poor taste to come over a loud speaker, not two minutes after we entered the store to announce the store was closing soon. Let me assure you, the rudeness of the front end associate did not stop there. At 9:42, we had gotten our three items and went to the front to check out, since the front end associate rushed us out of the store since we first walked in. She was vacuuming the carpet next to the register, we waited for about a minute or two before she realized that we were waiting to check out. Upon realizing that we were waiting, she stared at us with an evil eye, shut the vacuum off, didn't say a word and slowly walked around to behind the counter. Not one "how are you?" ,did you find everything okay?", not one word was uttered to us during the duration of our checkout, except when she was done scanning and loudly announced our total, twice. At this point, I was able to learn by her name tag, that the rude, bad attitude having front end associate's name was Cora. My husband paid for our items and we got a very snarky "have a good night" when she handed him the bag. I normally am not one to call anyone out for bad service, as I am understanding of the fact that everyone has bad days, however I work as upper management in customer service environment and I would want to know if my employees were treating the customers poorly. I can assure that my employees would not exhibit the behavior that Cora did this evening, and if they did corrective action & coaching would take place. I won't be going back to 5220 Walgreens anytime soon & will happily take my business to CVS where the associates are kind and personable." - My wife's "review" at the bottom of the receipt.

Abhorrent customer service and inaccurate/misleading information about prescription availability.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Angela was most helpful with my father's medication and now my mother's. She always takes the time to answer my questions even when they are extremely busy. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Love this store! The staff at this location are all very friendly and helpful. I'm honestly surprised at all of the negative reviews on here.

The worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. 50% of the time they don't have the medication I need in-stock even though it is commonly used and other pharmacies have it. Then they are unable to answer simple questions about your prescription, process your request that was supposed to be ready from the morning, and make you drive around to wait in line “again†behind 4 more cars as though it was your fault they are inept at their job. Unfortunate since they are on my way home, but guess it is finally time to switch to a pharmacy that has higher standards for their clients.

Absolutely worst costumer service at the pharmacy. When told I'm not insured, I wasn't given an option to call to rectify the "problem" as it was too close to closing time when my transaction began. Crazy, when I called two seconds later, my insurance company said everything was good on their end. If Angela had allowed me that time to call or called herself, I wouldn't have had to pay full price only to be told to come back for a refund. Terrible!

Great Walgreens to purchasing my natural eye drops. I like all Walgreens. I like the coupons and the discounts on some of my favorite items. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about everything in their store. There is plenty of parking on their parking parking lot. This location is continually sharing how happy they are to see you. I will return. Gloria~
