I had a great experience at the Verizon in the Lexington location. The nice gentleman Thomas who worked there was the who helped me , and may I say he has an amazing customer service and it was quick.

Thomas was the best!!! I would recommend anyone to ask for him for assistance. My nephew dropped my phone in the pool and I was in horror because I knew I had a job interview scheduled the next day and needed my info out my phone. He made sure I got what I needed without hesitation and a smile to match! Thank you so much Mr.Thomas!!

I came in with my phone not working properly and Thomas was the only one working and he was awesome! He was helping everyone he could all at once, multitasking at it best. He was very friendly and made the experience great.

The guy in the store. I was visiting from the store in camden because the red bank store is short staff. Crushed my phone today with a tractor. I walk in the store and he got right to it. Help me access my things from a temporary phone. He had all the answers. Did everything in a timely matter.

Came in close to closing time to pick up my wifi box. Johnny was the only one there and he was amazing! He took his time and was very informative and assured me that he didn’t mind that it was past time for him to leave when I kept apologizing. He made sure to show me how to hook it up and knew what the password was. He was super helpful and so pleasant to be around! Awesome service and all around a great guy! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Ok so this has nothing to do with verizon over all. This location isn't good for much. I've been there 4 times. Actually got help 1 time. Every other time I was told I had to go to the Lexington branch. Even to basically just start service. Not sure why this location is even there ?

10/10 would recommend visiting this Verizon location. Terrific service from Tim! He did an outstanding job at making sure I had all of my phone needs met, greeted me and all of the customers very kindly, and was very informative and knowledgeable and gladly answered all of my questions! Wonderful experience!

I came in to the Verizon store to get a new phone. Tim was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely help in all aspects of helping me. He gave me great tips and info. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
