My go-to UPS Store! The workers are always nice, helpful, and speedy even when it's busy. Recently I made use of their printing services for wedding invitations, envelopes, address labels, and various signage. The print quality was beautifully done and at an affordable price too - can't beat that! Highly recommend

Have used the services here many times, staff is always knowledgeable and polite. Prices are certainly fair for the work done.Highly recommend them. If you have any reasonable issues ask for Benny.

I have used this location at least weekly for 4+ years and have never had a bad experience. This location is extremely busy in the afternoons, so plan accordingly. Everyone I have encountered there has been polite and respectful, and they do very good work.

Adam was caught red-handed taking an item from my package to steal it. When I pointed out that he had set this item aside without scanning, I was asked to leave. I asked for my receipt to prove he scanned the item and he refused. UPS employees are not supposed take your item out of the box. This is theft, plain and simple. LCSD has been notified.

Called to check on the status of something that was delivered there by mistake, but authored to another company. Tracking showed it got to UPS almost a week ago. Rude AF individual offered to hang up on me and insisted I go direct with the company which makes ZERO sense - the letter went to UPS NOT to the company it was authored to, clearly. So what exactly could the company tell me, other than they didn’t receive the item…it went to UPS. Tis the country I serve.

Dropped a TV off for an Amazon return and it “mysteriously” disappeared. Which means they stole it. The hilarious part is I was returning it because it came broken. So enjoy your broken TV you risked your job for. Bums.

Of all of the UPS stores I visit this one is constantly slow. No matter how many people are working. They definitely aren't the friendliest either. I'd rather go to the one on Gervais Str.

The guys in this UPS store work so incredibly hard! I feel for the employees having to deal with so many incompetent people that abuse them when all they had to do is READ the instructions on how to prep their returns! I compliment you fellas for being so patient while keeping good attitudes! Keep it up guys because I really appreciate y'all!!

This place needs a larger location with more service representitives. The traffic flow is horrible. There was the smell of something dead in the building. I was doing an Amazon boxless return of an expensive small pilferable item that had no seals/tape on the product packaging. I warned the agent that the item was valuable and may fall out of the packaging and they simply said "here's your receipt...Next". I've been to this location a few times and it's always too busy and understaffed. Their fax service is horrible. They seem to have only one functioning machine and it often has problems. It took nearly an hour wait in line and send a fax.
