LIFE is hard enough without planning your day and have ups tell me they can't print something for me. How many printers do they have ? One employee said he couldn't print it because he didn't have a password. ( the printer he used to print the first label for me was jammed)I mean, now I have to go to another ups?!!! Yeah, got time for that on my only day off. Thanks ups for NOTHING

I always choose this store for drop offs, copies, printing and even cards! I was so impressed by the help with my passport documentation, I was in a hurry and the young gentlemen who helped me was the best!! Thank you all at store 6045!!
