I found a great deal on my new Honda Odyssey. No pushy sales at all. Just a few nice people. They have a great selection of cars at excellent prices. My experience was perfect and I will definitely deal with them in the future.

Didn’t even drive 1,000 miles car started over heating and the ac stopped working… maybe that’s why they pushed warranty so hard.Bought a new car for the purpose of having a newborn and having to travel back and forth to Canada. Now having to drop my vehicle off and rent a car to drive to Canada.

I test drove a Honda Odyssey and while test driving it, two lights came on the dashboard. The salesman was very dismissive of my concerns and said they meant nothing and he would reset them. After doing my research at home, I found one was a tire pressure sensor and the other a service due indicator. I returned about 10 days later, with cash in hand hoping they had corrected the issues. The "salesman"--who turned out to be the owner, was arrogant and rude, arguing with me that only one light came on and said he already told me it was nothing. I told him it was two lights and he argued with me, implying I was not telling the truth. I asked if he was calling me a liar, and the situation escalated until I said I would NEVER deal with him again.He took an eager customer, who wanted to purchase a specific vehicle, so much that I returned with cash in hand, and made me NEVER want to set foot on his lot again.

This was our first time ever financing a car. We're still young so we were really worried we wouldn't have the credit for financing. Upon expressing what we were looking for in a vehicle, Mr. Jim got right to work with presenting to us what he thought would be good fits for us. We finally decided on a 2013 Toyota HighLander and I couldn't be more happy with it. Mr. Jim kept in touch with us through the course of an entire week and completely walked us through the process. Mr. Jim was very personable and very helpful and I have the utmost appreciation for him showing us how everything works and getting us the best deal for our money. If you're in the market for a good vehicle; come to UniCar. They've got something for everyone's budget.

I was in the market for a used Mercedes ML 350 in good condition and I pass this dealership everyday coming home from work. I spotted a 2015 Mercedes ML 350 that looked nice on their lot and it had only 45k miles on it. I stopped by and talked to Watson about the vehicle and checked the carfax they made readily available. I ended up buying the vehicle and Watson and the other guy working(sorry forgot his name) but they were both very helpful getting me a loan thru a bank they use. (The person at the bank they sent me too was also very nice) but I am very happy with the vehicle and very thankful to the dealership for making the whole transaction a great experience(I normally hate buying a car because its usually such a stressful situation for me) but not at Unicar. They made it a very stressfree experience. I highly recommend this dealership and their salesperson Watson.Thank you,Chris Hendricks

Today we purchased a durango limited for our family since it grew bigger, we tried other places an sales man was pushy an give the run around. So I decided to try to place out an met Mr. Jim. No red flags at all, was honest an I didn't feel like I was being forced to buy anything. I was giving car fax with no hassle on every suv I asked about. I felt confident in my purchased an warranty wasn't super expensive like these other car dealerships. Thank you for a excellent experience. Will recommend to others..

I went to the dealership looking for a used car. The team was very nice showing me the cars and giving me knowledge of the important facts of the car. I due to personal reasons could not close the deal, but would highly recommend the dealership due to the transparent and friendly team they have. Hope to strike a deal with Unicar Lexington in future.
