Love the store, our cashier yesterday not so much. Mentioned that a pair of boots that rang up at $44.99 were on the shelf with many others marked $24.99. She couldn't care less. No I'm sorry, I will have the manager look into it, nothing but shrugged her shoulders. Poor customer service.

This store is nice. I like all the products they sell. But they cost so much. I can't afford to buy things from here. That's the reason for three star review. On top of this I don't like where it's located. It's not easy to pull in and out of this place. They had chickens for sale when we went by here and that was pretty cool. I just can't see my self paying the high prices for the products they sell here. It'd be nice if UT wasn't so much but I bet their products are nice.

Whoever was working register on 6/11 4:30 pm, failed to answer the phone 4 times. Was rude when I asked if there was propane available. I got there and I waited 35 min for someone to fill my propane because she wouldn’t call them to tell them I was waiting. After asking a 3rd time she finally called and asked someone. I normally don’t leave reviews but this was all because of one person working the register

First time visiting this store and the employees were so nice ! Each one that spoke to us was very friendly ! 10/10 They have a beautiful selection of plants . I got a tomato plant literally already ! They also have chickens and a dog washing station .

No one answered the phone so I drove 15 mins with my dogs to come use the pet wash station just to walk in and the guy says the last person of the day is in it? Several hours before closing, no times posted online or on banner at store

Duke is awesome Sunday I went in to look at new wireless collars for 2 dogs and 3 employees was just standing there talking, they all looked at me and said NOTHING I walked down the aisle he was in and greeted me and asked me if I needed any help I went back the next day and he was there he helped me again with the propane tanks hands down to him he needs to be the store manager over every one. If you need anything there look for him (Duke)he will go above and beyond to get the answers.Thank you for the best customer service I had inA long time

Awesome customer service. We ordered a go cart online for our sons for Christmas and a mistake was made with my order. When it arrived at the store someone accidentally sold it before I got there to pick it up. The staff was so apologetic and did everything they could to make it right. They caught their mistake before I even got there and ordered a new one. They refunded my shipping fee, gave me a discount and even assembled the new go cart when it arrived to make sure we were happy. (we never asked for any of this, btw) Shout out to Justin and Evan for going above and beyond to make it right without even been asked to do so! And shout out to the Manager (whom I didn't meet) who made sure the replacement go cart still got here before Christmas and approved every decision Justin and Evan made to fix this for us.Thanks!
