One of the managers there didn’t take my passport as an id as proof to buy a bottle of wine and blamed it on company policy. My husband and I frequently shop at other targets and this has never happened before. Felt humiliating.

Came in to grab two items and all self check outs were down and only one person was checking people out. So either pay for more registers to be open or just keep self check out. Yall aren’t losing money with self check out

The Lexington store is increasingly having less cashiers. This evening checking out at 7pm, the only option was self check-out. I have no desire to check myself out with a fair amount of items. I've done my job for the day & prefer to have a cashier at check-out. A couple items, ok that works. A cart fairly full, no thank you. Give customers an option for a cashier or self check-out.

I was looking for shaving supplies and as I couldn't find the razor heads I was looking for. I asked an employee nearby (Brennan) if he could check for the razor heads for me. He found them and was super nice, and pleasure to be around. 10/10 best target around.

I am a long time customer of this Target, but I want to share my experience the other day. I overheard a conversation that took place between a manager(Denise-I asked someone her name) and an employee who was graciously trying to help a customer-Denise spoke to the other employee in a very demeaning and rude manner, in front of the customer and others who were around.. I felt so bad for the employee-I noticed her name was Donna-she seemed to be genuinely concerned about the customer’s issue, but was shot down by this very rude manager-Target needs to do better to retain the good employees!! There’s no place for rudeness in the workplace!!

It was a nice store. I don't know why I was followed around by the security. Obviously they thought I was going to steal something which is hilarious. Maybe they get a lot of items stolen. Or maybe a 45 yr old guy with his 10 yr old son with him fits their profile of a thief. Maybe they were just bored. Who knows? Definitely made me a bit uneasy as I looked around once I realized what was going on. Overall, not that big of a deal.
