WAS SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE.
THEY ADVERTISE 10 MIN. OIL CHANGES. BUT THEY ONLY WORK ON ONE VEHICLE AT A TIME.
SO NOT REALLY A 10 MIN. OIL CHANGE. WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES IN THE BAY WHILE THEY WORKED ON OTHER CARS.
ONCE THEY GET TO ME WAS ABOUT 15 MIN. OIL CHANGE.
WAS A LITTLE MORE MONEY THEN OTHER PLACES THAT OFFER OIL CHANGES.
DID FILL WIPER FLUID AND CHECKED TIRE PRESSURE.
GOOD SERVICE OVERALL.
ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST IS HAVING A MORE PROFESSIONAL STAFF WHEN CUSTOMERS CAN HEAR YOUR YOUR CONVERSATION.
PERSONALLY IT DID NOT BOTHER ME, BUT I KNOW PEOPLE IT WOULD..
SOME OF THE BANTER WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND A FEW CURSE WORDS WERE DROPPED.
AGAIN, I WAS NOT OFFENDED, BUT WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC, EMPLOYEES SHOULD KEEP DISCUSSIONS PROFESSIONAL OR ATLEAST WITH OUT CURSE WORDS.
DEFENTLY COULD COST YOU CUSTOMERS.

It's a pleasure to find a trustworthy automotive service shop. One of the most critical automotive services, especially for a diesel, is proper oil and filter changes. And the need to drop your vehicle off for a couple of hours at the dealer for this routine service is a time consuming pain. Take 5 literally does the oil and filter change while you wait in your car. They check your tires and fluids while draining and replacing oil and filter. And since this is what they do, they do it quite well and rapidly. Give them a try. If you're a Veteran, let them know you'll like the result. Oh, and the price is quite competitive, especially in today's economy.

I have never met a take five That was honest with you! And straight down to the point. I am Mama three. I’m always on the go. They were able to go above and beyond more than just an oil change. They were able to work with me. And a stressful as life already is they made it so easy. I appreciate you guys so much and I definitely will be coming back again!! Christian is the one to see!!
