Megan did a FANTASTIC job on my hair color. It's been 15+ years since I've loved a hair color this much, that I had done in a salon.

I don't like the idea that the prices aren't posted anywhere. I thought 25 dollars was an awful lot for a standard mens haircut. No shampoo, no extras. Megan did a good job and was nice

Having my engagement photos coming up next week, I decided I wanted my hair to be one solid color brown.Normally I would go to a high end salon to get my hair dyed, but it's just a simple all over color, what could go wrong?Lita was my stylist. From the start I could tell she had a bad attitude. She was constantly sighing and complaining. In the beginning I felt like she wasn't listening to what I was telling her about my hair and was talking over me. I asked her to dye the rest of my lighter hair to match the color of my roots (light brown). She lets me know that the dye has to stay in my hair for 45 minutes total, so she would put the brown dye on the lighter ends first, and once 30 minutes passed she would add color on the roots so it could sit for the last 15 minutes before rinsing it out. After applying the dye to my hair, she set a 45 minute timer (not sure why it wasn't 30 minutes so she could put the color on my roots.)She tells me that she is going to take another client while the dye is sitting on my hair. While she is doing this other clients haircut, the 45 minute timer goes off. At this moment I knew the outcome of my hair was going to be bad considering the fact she still hasn't acknowledged me after the 45 minute timer rang, and she was supposed to apply dye on my roots 15 minutes prior.I decide to walk up to her since it's been a few minutes since the timer rang and she was still with the other client she took, styling her hair as she already finished cutting it.She looks at me and tells me she wants to finish up with her other client first. At this point my hair looks BLACK. I kindly pointed out to her that my hair looked black and asked if since it's sat in longer if it has impacted the color of my hair. She kept repeating that the color she chose was brown kind of acting like I was stupid to suggest it looked black. She finally applies the dye to my roots after I've been there for an hour and a half. She lets the dye sit in my roots for 15 minutes. At this point l've had dye in my hair for almost TWO hours! When she finally rinses my hair out she keeps gaslighting me and letting me know that my hair isn't black and it's just because it's wet. She asks how I like it and I tell her it's definitely darker than I wanted, it looks black. She refused to admit that she carelessly messed up on my hair. Although she said If my hair is dry that it will turn brown, that is clearly not true.My hair is JET black instead of my naturally light/medium brown hair for my professional engagement photos this week. I didn't even want to pay at all, but trying to be unproblematic, I paid and left a SMALL tip because I was not happy with the service and she gave me a sour face when she saw the tip I left her. My hair probably would've been fine if she didn't take another client and decide their hair styling was more important than the dye I had sitting on my hair for almost two hours.1 am so frustrated. On top of the fact that my hair is jet black, my roots (now dark brown) don't even match with the rest of my hair!1 also felt so uncomfortable with the way Lita interacted with the customers. I felt it was embarrassingly rude and careless. She seemed so unhappy to be there and miserable.Update: my hair has been breaking off and coming out in chunks. Very sad because my wedding is coming up in fall and I’m having bad breakage and hair loss due to the over processing from dye :(Second update: Supercuts reached out to me with amazing customer service and reimbursed me for the service I received. They did their best to solve the problem and even offered I go back to the salon to try and fix my hair. I declined the offer and asked if I could get reimbursed for the service instead and they agreed. I am very grateful that they were so kind in the process of helping me with my bad experience and solved the problem. The great corporate customer service makes me feel a lot better about my overall experience.

They need to fix check in and booking online system. First, I was trying to book a hair cut for my daughter online and there were spots open ,however, we couldnt book and showing " error " so we took a chance driving there .Once we checked in at the location it was showing "3 mins wait time " which was not going to happen I knew because they were pretty full but I tried to be possitive like maybe they had more hairdressers coming in soon so we should wait then we waited for about 30mins and decided we should coming back later since they were busy so we asked can we make appointment and come back later instead. Then when we went back on our appointment time we still had to wait and wait and after 15 mins passed our appointment I decided to ask how long do you think it would be our turn and she replied maybe "another 30 mins" . So why would they have "Book online or taking appointment" anyway if they cant keep up with it . They should rather just had sign saying walk in only or first come first serve. I will not be back It is such a time wasting .We usually go to higher end salon but my daughter just need split end trimming so we gave it a try. I guess not .

I’ve been going to other places to get my hair cut and they’ve been ok. But when I went to Supercuts in redbank and had my haircut by Lita… it was awesome! She knows what she’s doing and gives you exactly what you want in a haircut. I don’t like people touching my hair with clippers because of bad experiences with other stylists that said “I know what I’m doing…” and proceed to royally screw my hair up. Believe me, wearing a hat or being told “it will grow back” can be scarring.Lots is the only person I let cut my hair. And she’s the only one I allow to use clippers. She’s great at her job and does awesome work!Service: Hairstyling
