My son had his haircut at this location for the first time today and Taylor was amazing! She listened and fixed all of the mistakes made by previous barbers. What an incredible experience. She went above and beyond. The app makes it so easy to register for your appointment The waiting area was great. Everyone was extremely nice! Thank you Taylor!!! So glad we found you!!!!

I tried to get a haircut at your place so I went to your website and it told me to register. So I tried to register and then it told me he was going to send me a verification code and then it gave me a hard time about the account and then I got tired of waiting for you guys to do something. So I went to Great clips instead because they make it easy to get your haircut. I don't have to give passwords and codes and secret squirrel BS. Why don't you just make it easy to get a haircut? I actually wanted to try your place because it was by somewhere that I wanted to shop. Instead, I went to your competition. By the way, when I finally found the email in my spam folder with a code on it, I went back to enter it into your website and the page to enter it in was gone. You should cut my hair for free for screwing me around so much on a Sunday.

Glad I found a local Sport Clips with a great stylist. Taylor is super professional and does an excellent job every time. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a new stylist!

Miss Taylor was super professional and very knowledgeable about my hair , I have a double cowlick so it’s hard to find someone who does my hair good , super sweet fun to talk to did a wonderful job , I’ll definitely be back and wait for her to be available !

Waiting area full of people and only 2 girls working if you could call it working. They are spending more time talking to each other and scrolling thru their phones than working........they need a better manager here for sure!!!!!

Would give lower than a 1 star if I could, Put on a mobile check in and they took me off as soon as I got there, apparently you have to make it in 30 minutes, and there's no exceptions if you live over 30 minutes away. Horrible quality, horrible vibe. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Harassed for receipt leaving, told them no thank you. Only one register ope. Waited in line for 20 minutes at self checkout. Only go there out of necessity as had no other alternative.

I usually have a great experience here but I was going to get my hair cut for the first time in a year and it was a big cut. I told the stylist that I prefer scissor cuts over clippers and she kept insisting we start with the longest clipper guard and she could trim it up from there. I know she did this not because it would look better but because it was substantially faster for her. It came out okay though so 3/5.
