I love this shop, but today I was disappointed. I purchased a vape,I should have opened it in the store, I got home and it didn't work. I used my last 22$ I had on my card. I called and explained that it didn't work. I understand the policy. I never had a problem with purchasing a vape that I didn't like. I don't have any more money to replace the bad one. Anyone else ever had this problem.

EDIT: Owner responded to my original review and I returned yesterday and was given the 2 replacement coils that were missing. Thank you!!Tried to call the phone number to only have it not working. I went in last night to get a pack of coils and some juice. Paid $20 for a pack of 5 coils, only to notice when I opened it that there were only 3 coils in the box.
