I think I'll make the drive to the next sephora. This one had nothing good in stock at all. I went there for probably 10 items and they had 1 of them in stock. It's pretty embarrassing for them.

I tried to do the survey but the last numbers on the access code were missing. I wanted to say that Courtney did an amazing job helping me find exactly what i was look for. My wedding is coming up and i wanted to find some glowy foundations. she not only made sure to find the correct color for me, but found products that looked amazing with it. she was so helpful and friendly. i will definitely be back!

Tall girl with dark hair kept acting like me and my sister were trying to steal , she would try to discreetly follow me around , she even called up another lady who works there who was also staring at us while shopping. After we PAID for our stuff the 2nd lady left after we did too making it seem like she was just there to watch us

I have always enjoyed shopping @ Sephora until today. I am over middle aged consumer and recovering from facial reconstruction. I don’t look like a young model but take pride in my appearance. I was searching for new foundation with spf & ask salesperson abt suggestions. The salesperson provide me with this response, “we don’t have anything in this store to help you,” laughed, then she continued her cell call. I am skin cancer survivor and left store almost in tears. Hopefully that you can provide trading in compassion & respect

I was very excited to have a Sephora closer to where I live. I thought that they had a good selection of products but not the same amount as columbiana. They have most of the basic things there but no hourglass, Armani or Dior cosmetics when I went. The staff is not as knowledgeable about the products as they should be. I had a basket full of things when I went and they told me that they don’t accept Sephora credit cards. They also don’t accept Sephora gift cards. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I will be driving out to columbiana now because the staff is much nicer and helpful. How are you a Sephora but you don’t accept Sephora credit cards? UPDATE: I went back because I was desperate and it was a very pleasant experience. Taylor was knowledgeable and helpful! And they are working to accept Sephora credit cards in the future.

Do Not shop with kohl’s. they promise you that they can get an item to you by a certain time and then request that you wait 15 days after the item was supposed to be delivered so now I won’t have Christmas presents for some of my family absolutely no help whenever you call customer service and I am absolutely disgusted with Kohl’s and I will be canceling my credit card with them

We got some wonderful buys enjoyed looking around the store with my daughter and granddaughter I like shopping for gifts birthday and Christmas. The lady who checked us out was very nice ? you could tell she was smiling behind her mask. We had a great shopping day.
