I changed my membership and they continue to charge me $25 a month. They won’t let you cancel over the phone either so now I have to go down there myself just to get this mega corporation to stop stealing from me.

The people who work at Planet Fitness are great. I love the machines and the hydromasssge table. I always grab 2 tootsie rolls when I leave.

Great gym. Variety of machines and activities for a complete workout. It is very easy to access the machines you want to use without a long wait.

Staff is highly disrespectful. The guy that works the front desk with the glasses and the stupid beard yelled at my partner in the middle of the gym in front of everyone. Don’t understand a single ounce of respect. Workers received complaints about me and my partner hugging and handled the situation so poorly, yelled at us for little to no reason. Consider another gym if you care about being respected.

Will not become a member here. I called with interest about becoming a member, they allow biological men in women’s lockers and bathrooms. I believe women’s private spaces need to be protected.

Everything you need is here. My 2 favorite things are the hydro massage and the chair massage. If you haven't used these, I would highly recommend them.
