“Dropped my truck off for routine maintenance and brakes. Was surely thinking I need rotors. They informed me it only needed pads and not rotors also. Goes along ways today for a business to not just sell you the parts if you think it needs it. Got it back early and working perfect. 10/10 stars. Can’t go wrong!”

“The employees were very polite and immediately began working on my car as soon as pulled up. I was in and out in 5 but it comes with a price. It cost me about $100 more than usual but it was very convenient. I would only do it again if I was crunched for time which I was.”

Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff, and within minutes my truck was over a bay getting an oil change. The staff explained to me that the Groupon was for an oil filter and up to 5 quarts of oil. So I had to pay any additional expenses (approximately $12) which consisted of 1 quart of oil, oil disposal, and taxes. Altogether I felt really good about this experience and their staff. Overall I felt like their costumer service was excellent, and I'd highly recommend this shop.”

“I took my car to this location at 8 on a Saturday morning to fix a leaky tire after another business (Mavis Tire in West Columbia ) lied about fixing it. Walmart had me in and out in 30 minutes and also fixed the leak.”
“The first woman who 'helped' me acted annoyed that id ask for assistance. I was buying a $160 car battery. I asked if they had one for my daughters truck. She said "Is there one back there?"Theres no book back there to cross reference my battery to the brand walmart carries. I told her, and she produced one from under counter and flung it at me. I looked it up, found the only choice they had (its a pretty good battery, 3 yr warranty) carried it to the counter and prepared myself to deal with this unpleasant woman.Fortunately, another woman, i think her name is Amanda, jumped in to help. She has waited on me before, and i knew things would be getting better. She verified my battery choice, got it installed for free quickly, and checked me out super quickly. Big smile, nice conversation, and really great assistance. So, Amanda (hope i got her name right) turned an experience that was SO poor i nearly walked out into a great experience. I hope she gets some kind of recognition.”
