Very poor customer service! Manager told me that Office Depot was rated #9 in customer service… shouldn’t they want to strive for #1? Certainly won’t happen with the lady working the print machines!

On a Friday evening, Cyndi and Kimberly went above and beyond to help me fix, print, and make something special for someone special. Once I realized there was an error, they assured me it was going to be okay, and with patience and kind hearts helped me fix the problem. In this day and time where customer service is nonexistent, they are the epitome of customer service. I will definitely be using them again for all my printing needs.
