Selecting a printer/copier on Saturday afternoon is not a good idea. Three employees were visible, customer help in making a selection was not offered.

I don't like using self serve options and being forced into that it is really degrading and unhelpful from a business stand point. You should have better customer service. It is a wonder yall are still in business.

The customer service at this location is remarkable. I'm always greeted by more than one associate, and they always ask if they can help. Helps me get in and out in minutes. Great work.

Very poor customer service! Manager told me that Office Depot was rated #9 in customer service… shouldn’t they want to strive for #1? Certainly won’t happen with the lady working the print machines!
