The customer service at this location is remarkable. I'm always greeted by more than one associate, and they always ask if they can help. Helps me get in and out in minutes. Great work.

I had a FedEx return, in box, with a prepaid label on it and they refused to take it. First because the weight of the package was 60lbs and they said they couldn't take it if it was over 50lbs. I asked where I would have found that disclaimer and the employee stated it was in their SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). I asked her to double check the SOP. When she found that section of the SOP, it said they couldn't take packages over 100lbs but an immediate excuse was made and she said that they still couldn't take it...now because the "Print and Pay" section was closed today. I'm not sure what that has to do with FedEx but I was denied dropping off my prepaid package here regardless because, well, I don't really know why. I believe that they just didn't want to help me. This review is just facts on my experience. Do with it what you will. If the employer is reading this it occurred at 10am on 1.21.2023 so you can check your schedule and see who denied me service.

We came to Office Depot to make copies for a professional project for the office. We made color copies and they came out terribly. They were blurry and difficult to read. When we approached the manager, she explained that "it's that way because it's a copy." Since they were not usable, we asked for a refund. She refused and explained again that it was poor quality because it was a copy. The original is crystal clear. We pressed for a refund and she refused. Do not use them for your business needs if you need to make copies.

This technical support was the best, fabulous! They went beyond the Call of duty to serve me. unless then 3 hours they discovered it was a hardware drive. It took Lenovo week to find out and to accept my words as fact. I told Lenovo it was a hardware problem! I wanted a full refund on this brand new computer. I had it for one month. Lenovo you can have your raggly product back. And I'll never ever buy another one Your customer service is horrible. Hooray and has off, to office Depot in Lexington South Carolina! Thank you Cindy! Thank you Zack! You guys are smarter than this major computer chain technicians hands down.Thanks you for my full refund. I had a horrible product and horrible customer service from Lenovo.

Twice I have had terrible customer service from the Woman that works Print services during the day. Will not even acknowledge you when you are literally the only person there. Finally fed up today I asked "What is going on? Her relief and her were 5 feet away. I wrote a review months ago, same issue. You'd think manager or DM would read these things. How much effort does it take to acknowledge the customer and actually do your job. Her reply "I am off the clock" Sitting behind the counter in uniform. They need customer service training

Always the best customer service. This is the second time I've gone in with a question and the staff has been so friendly and helpful. Both times, they brought the manager out. He is professional, knowledgeable, and just kind. I love the TuL pens and notebooks that Office Depot sells, but their customer service is second to known. Truly impressed! Thank you.

I brought my old toner cartridges in to be environmentally friendly and to purchase new ones. When I finally found an employee and asked where to take the old cartridges she looked at me like I was retarded and said "I don't know, I don't think we take those" Well I'm not stupid and I know Office Depot takes them, so I tossed them in the trash can outside the store and took my business elsewhere. Unbelievable that management is so sorry that they allow idiots like that to actually speak to customers.

This store is well stocked and well managed. The staff is smart and patient and aren't pushy. The copy/print center is wonderful, and they do shipping as well. I enjoy doing business there.

Not crowded when I was there, but was in and out under five minutes, and only needed to go to the copy center, which was in front of the store. Purpose of my visit was to make some copies. Staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that they do charge tax for making copies. I needed 15-one page copies, and each copy was $0.10 / each. Tax was not too bad, only $0.11 - but you might be able to go the library and make copies for same price and not need to pay tax.
