After being warned of the unbelievable things that go on behind the scenes with the administration at Northside Christian Academy, we chose to ignore what we thought were rumors of disgruntled families(boy were we wrong...) and gave Northside a try for ourselves. Had I known then what I know now, I never would’ve enrolled my children in this horrible, un-Christlike environment. Everything we were told about this school was 100% accurate which was so very disappointing as we truly didn’t want to believe it. The administration will take your fee giving you the impression that they are there for the betterment of your child yet proved again and again that they were there to do the exact opposite. It’s like they are looking for ways to make you fail and I do not mean academically…. The education is very poor here as well as the curriculum did not challenge my child at all. There are constant changes in the staff, teachers come/go even throughout the year making it very difficult for your child to build the proper relationships with them. I do NOT recommend NCA to any seeking a Christian environment for their child. Please explore your options before deciding to enroll here as I wish we would've done for ourselves. We have since switched to the other private Christian school in the area which has so much more accreditation and is an entirely different environment from NCA. It has been the complete opposite of Northside and our children/family is thriving. The best switch we have ever made. I hope this review helps save you from the terrible experience of which we were drug throw at NCA. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! Ask around, you will find that these stamens are very common within the community from those who have experienced it first-hand.

If you are looking for a biblical perspective regarding your child’s education - choose Northside.If you are seeking the best teachers - teachers that will pour into your child, walk alongside your child, support your family spiritually, foster a love for learning and the Lord - choose Northside.If you know that school administration is meant to be the backbone, the foundation, the rock of your child’s academic path (as opposed to unseen decision maker); prayerfully choosing the most challenging yet applicable curriculum for your child - choose Northside.When you realize that the call on your heart is God showing you that this world does not have the final say. That school does not have to be a dreaded experience. That your child can accomplish hard things. Choose Northside.

The Christian values incorporated with a strong curriculum have offered our children the best education for years. Our family loves Northside and recommend it to anyone seeking faith and smaller class sizes for their children.

Northside has truly become like a family to me. I have loved my experience there as a teacher and now as a parent to a kid in the EEC. Any institution will have their flaws, because all institutions are filled with flawed people. However, I have seen more care, concern, and love given to the students, faculty, and families at NCA than I have seen in nearly any other organization. I am proud to be a part of this school's mission.

Very friendly environment. They love your kids like family! My daughter loves going to school every day and her phenomenal teachers as well as fantastic learning environment are a big part of her love for school!

This is our 5th year here and we plan on staying until my son graduates. My son loves his teachers and enjoys coming to school. We like that the teachers and staff are very accessible and the curriculum is challenging yet Christ-centered in every way. The size of the school is growing yet still small enough for him to participate in extra-curricular activities otherwise not available to him. My son has made a lot of lasting friendships as have we with the families we’ve gotten to know.

Northside Christian Academy offers academic excellence along with Spiritual discipleship to prepare their students for success. Teachers are kind and love the students, staff are supportive and friendly and administrators provide a high caliber of structure and support to the school. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to partner with NCA in the education and spiritual growth of our children.

Northside Christian Academy is an excellent, Christ-centered school! The faculty is top-notch, the environment is phenomenal, and it is a safe place for all students to grow and learn. I could not ask for a better place for my son to go to school!

Our oldest son graduated from NCA in 2018 and is thriving at the University of South Carolina in their Engineering program. He often credits his Calculus teacher at NCA for being so well prepared for the Math rigor he faced during his freshman year. In addition, during his time at NCA he was also mentored significantly in his walk with Christ by some Godly teachers and friends. Something we are thrilled to see that he has carried with him to college.
