Great customer service! Wonderful cuts of meat I will not buy meat anywhere else now. Premade meals are awesome as well. With a wine selection you cannot find anywhere else.

My family and I love this place! We love the premade meals. Not only are they delicious but they also solve the daily question of “what should we have for supper tonight?”. The baked spaghetti, pot roast, breakfast casserole, pulled pork, and buffalo chicken dip are a few of our favorite dishes from here. We also enjoy the chicken salad and pimento cheese. I can’t forget about the wonderful steaks! They have a wide selection of steaks, especially the ribeyes. They also sell wine which is a plus for me. And last, but definitely not least, the customer service here is phenomenal! Ian and his team are always happy to help with any questions or requests.

Every time I go in the New York butcher shop I am satisfied. The meat is always clean. The cuts are always sliced nicely and if I want them cut even further, they will do it. I really love the prepackaged meals, especially when I need to do them for a meal train for a mother who just had a baby, it is a great meal for a family especially the meat lasagna. There are so many options at the New York butcher shop in Lexington but the best part about going in is you do not feel overwhelmed with the options they have just the right amount of food and quantity.
The local Cheesecake Vendor is a plus as well, some of the best cheesecake I’ve ever eaten, smooth creamy and I know they restock every two weeks with a fresh new flavor, So excited this month is KeyLime Cheesecake!
Will continue to be a loyal customer with the New York butcher shoppe!

This is my favorite spot in town! The customer service is superior! They have great pre-made options for people always on the go! Personally I go for the meat selection! I honestly save so much on my raw meat, seafood, and deli products! (They’re actually better priced than the grocery store!). Another favorite of mine are their sandwiches, for the amount of food you get on that sandwich, you definitely will not feel ripped off!If they had produce they would be a one stop shop!

I’ve been a few times and always greeted with great customer service. The ribeyes are excellent quality and the ground beef is some of the best.They also have a great selection of seasonings and rubsgrilling burgers or smoking a brisket definitely check them out first

Went in to try the place out. Cute store and lots of items to choose from. Ordered a deli sandwich and was charged $16 for it. The sub roll was small and I had a feeling I’d remain hungry after eating it. I was hoping it would be the best tasting sandwich I’ve ever had, but that wasn’t the case. I didn’t feel like there was good value for the money and I won’t be going back. The store would be great for someone with deep pockets, that didn’t care about prices. My guess is that they’ve priced themselves out of the market and will close up shop soon. I don’t see too many cars stopping in anymore and I’m not sure how many people can afford to shop there. Best of luck regardless and I hope it all works out for y’all.

Disappointed. My husband and I are regulars at the location in Columbia. We rave about this place for the fresh tasting scallops. Only place local to us we will get them. And the meat is to die for.Tried the Lexington location for the first time yesterday due to convenience of where we were during the day… got home made our scallops the same way we always do. The scallops were extremely off. Tasted terrible we couldn’t eat them. We should have known as soon as we prepped to cook and they were slimey. My husband said we got the last 8 in the case… we also should have no got them knowing that. When we go to Columbia they always open a fresh can for us. We don’t mind paying the price we do for good scallops but we had to throw them all away. Also got 2 big ribeyes and they were cut terrible, so uneven. Unfortunately we will not be back to this location and remain with the Columbia one. It’s a shame we spent so much money of bad products

Might be a good place for meat, but deli sux! Chicken salad sandwich was bland due to the meat not being tasty.
