Would love to shout-out Karen, the friendly and helpful technician who helped us replace our blower motor resister. She located the part, lent us her socket set and we were back in business within 20 minutes! Fantastic work by Harry! He really helped save the day. I was stuck with a trailer that blew the wheel bearings and of course it needed something that wasn’t a standard hub swap. Harry helped me to identify the correct seals and bearings and a local angel in disguise with some tools in his truck helped me through the entire process of repacking the bearings and rebuilding the hub. What would normally be a completely lost day, became a couple hours fixing something with the help of a couple new friends! Thank you so much for getting us back on the road and safely home to Florida!
