I have three pups. One blind / Diabetic and the others getting older. Dr. Spies has been professional and extremely accommodating to our animals needs. I would 10/10 recommend the service of this Animal hospital! I drive 2.5 hours from my home to bring my pups here because I trust Dr. Spies to make the best decision for our animals - with minimum cost to me! Other vets near me are extremely overpriced and give me way less information!

Dr. Amy Spies is very smart & caring. She doesn't do unnecessary test. You go to see Amy but get Dr Marra. Marra is all business & will run your bill up quick with things you don't need. I miss when it was just Amy. Now it's all business.

The only vet I will ever use! They were wonderful with my 130lb golden retriever that I had for 10 years. We put him to sleep this summer and they were so caring with my family in regards to him, which we were very thankful for. They are also great and even better with my small min pin. He gets nervous easily and they are so calm and patient with him that he now gets excited to go there. I 100% trust their opinion and appreciate all they do to help my fur babies. Someone abandoned a six month old puppy tiny puppy at my neighbors. I called Crossroads and asked if I could bring her in the next day to be checked out and given boosters if she had never had any. They let me come in the next day, gave her her first vaccine, did a full wellness and heartworm test AND gave me heartworm prevention and they didn't charge me for anything. I was so happy and thankful.

Have been waiting over almost 2 hours past our appointment time. Clearly they do not respect my time!!! We will be seeking a new vet after this.

I really like this office. The Vets are awesome. The staff is really nice. My dog is 80 lbs. and he's friendly once he gets to know you. But until he does, he will not like you. lol So I have to wait with him in the car. Until they call us. And IT TAKES FOREVER. I know they don't do it on purpose. They're very busy all the time. If you need a vet. These are good ones. Dr Amy and Dr Laura are excellent. They take the time to talk to you. And they really care about your pet. Give them s chance. You will not regret it.

If you are looking for a caring, loving and compassionate vet, this is the place to take your pet. Dr. Amy Spies was exactly this when we had to put down our precious Marley. I liked the actual vet the first time I went there, but I have one big problem with the way things are run. Dr. Spies, however is a phenomenal vet, you can tell she genuinely cares for the well being of your pet. But like I said, there is one big problem: they make you wait outside if your pet is sick. I've been waiting outside for over an hour and a half with a sick, stressed out cat. They kept telling me "it will be soon" but it hasn't been. Countless people have come and gone during the time I've been sitting outside. Being forced to sit outside with a cat with a high fever is ridiculous.

Amy is truly a blessing. She made a house call on a Sunday to lay my sweet furbaby to rest in the peacefulness of our living room. I'll forever be grateful to her for that. She also repaired our new rescue baby's leg, after he had a complete ligament tear and needed his bone shaved down for his knee cap to fit into place. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and crossroads! We're so thankful to have them to care for our fur babies!

Dr. Spies is extraordinarily nice and professional! She has been so great with both of our dogs, both with needs other than just a yearly physical. Helping our babies to manage their maladies with compassion for them and us... Can't say enough about Crossroads...
