Cleanliness: Place was very clean
Stylist: Ladies doing the pedicures were friendly and talking to us during our visit not just to themselves.

I was a walk in yesterday after having a toe nail emergency. Without getting into the nitty gritty details I have to say I’ve never come across a lovelier crew of ladies at a nail salon. Thank you so much for all the help and I’ll be back!

The best nail salon in the Carolina’s. I’ve been to many and many of nail salons local. From pricey to not, this nail salon is superior. The family atmosphere is upmost welcoming, and the owners are as well. I have not met one employee that did not make me smile or not feel welcomed. Jenny is AMAZING with design, and also takes her time to perfect your set to your standard. I recommend this salon for any and every service to any and everyone. My daughter Willow is always so happy to go see “Mr Jerry” when we go, and he always makes sure to entertain her. Which is so rare these days at most salons…. They treat us like family. I have never been upset or not pleased with any service I’ve received from this salon. 10/10!! 5 starts !!!!

My wedding party called because we all wanted to come get our nails done and it ended up being 11 people but they stayed open late for us and were so sweet and hilarious! They did such a good job and we all had such a fun time! Would definitely go again and recommend!

The older Asian lady I had (I did not get her name) was extremely rough with my fingers. She kept bending and twisting them like I was a practice hand rather than a human hand. She absolutely shredded my cuticles with the drill then proceeded to make me bleed on 4 different fingers with the cuticle clippers… all while only bothering to apologize twice when my sister was next to me.
My nails were rough, sharp, different lengths, and filled with bubbles. Not to mention, I had to ask her 3 times to correct the length as they were not even.
The tech (I believe Jerry) my sister had was amazing as was the sweet brunette lady who did my pedicure. I would consider going back for them but absolutely think the lady who did my manicure would do better in another line of work.

I’ve been coming to Modern Nails for atleast 12 years… and I want go NOWHERE ELSE, I love the staff and the atmosphere ✨ and anyone they hire seems to fit rite in (everyone is family here).. Ailen?Ms.Ann Olivia ?Sergeant JERRY Mr.D and sweet sweet Jenny… I just love them all… ?

I FINALLY FOUND MY SALON .Hands down the best nail salon I have been to here in South Carolina I am simple. I love a simple clean French manicure as I thought it was an easy request I couldn't find somonw that did a good one UNTIL now I absolutely love the woman that did my nails and how she did them. I then got a pedicure they always are fast and not worth it because my feet are soft.however, this pedicure was worth its weight in Gold. I was given an amazing massage he paid attention to detail and took to the time to make my Flintstones look amazing !

I usually love this spot and staff. But last time I was In there they were pretty rude. I changed my mind on what services I wanted because of time and budget. I could tell they wanted me to do gel. I was then told it would be a 30 minute wait with no one in the salon. The owner was relaxing in the pedicure chair. I understand if there’s an appointment or if it’s really busy. I felt like an explanation was needed for the 30 minute wait all of a sudden. I felt like my business wasn’t wanted & left a little upset.

I have not been there for a while. And it was not good. My nail polish started peeling after 2 days off. I wonder if I get the 75 dollars back, I got pedicure and manicure. If you are going to charge professional prices, the place should be excellent. They had to take my polish off my nails and redo everything. Everything is so expensive today it's like the government said do whatever it to make money and they cleaning up.

Nails are really well done, they're professional. They always accommodate walk ins but if you prefer to stick to one stylist they have appointments. For far I've had my nails done by three different nail techs and have gotten amazing results.

I love Modern Nails. Jerry and Jenny are the best nail technicians and they are fast. They’ve recently remodeled. The place looks great.
