No one is ever at the office during the office hours stated. This is not the first time I have come with an issue and no one is in the office to help or even answer the phone. They leave the office hours early often. Ridiculous to not have someone on site to help even during the stated office hours. God forbid anyone else needs help here, don't how you'd reach someone. Anything you need goes to a customer service number and they never know why no one is in the office.

I was looking for a clean inconvenient self storage place in Redbank. When I entered midguard, I was promptly met by a young lady named Jessi Lynn. She was very helpful with my many questions and even let me know u.Haul was available. I was able to purchase boxes and other supplies needed for my move. With the well-lit and gated property, I feel very secure about my possessions being stored here. I look forward to doing business with Midgard and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Went to get a storage unit setup and got excellent customer service from Brittany who took care of all our needs and helped us with everything and was great and very helpful was the best customer service thru out the whole time we were there!

Only four stars, we had a unit previously and moved out due to the frequency of rate increases. A year later, we have rented a smaller unit on line and we were told there won't be any increases; we never received the email with our security codes. We went to the site, the girl was very helpful and gave us our codes, she also explained that yes they still do frequent rate increases. We were desperate for the space, and this site is very clean! Never had any problems except for the increases. We will see how this goes.

Im giving them one star simply because someone stole from me. Located at 1756 South Lake Dr Lexington SC 29073.Oh, and before management or an employee tries to say “We don’t see an account with your name,” My name is Amanda C***….. and I had unit C174 from 05/16/2021 until today (10/25/2023 when I discovered the theft) but my official move date will be 11/29/2023.I don’t know who else it could have been besides someone who has access to foreclosure units, because an employee told me they don’t leave the units unsecured. I’ve had my unit since mid 2021 and never had a problem that I know of. Well surprise of all surprises as soon as I open the unit today (10/25/2023) something seemed amiss. I had two blue and white rugs and two beige and white rugs sitting on top of my two bins that were stacked on top of each other. The two beige and white rugs were gone, and idk what else may be gone. I didn’t even bother to tell the employee who was in the office because she seemed nice, but idk who the thief is and I didn’t want to take my frustrations out on an innocent party. Which, I’m not even that mad, I just don’t like thieves.Notice how they respond to nearly all reviews but have skipped over mine.

Rented a Uhaul from this location. The staff is extremely helpful, & professional. Even with the Uhaul site being slow to load the information, the staff were very courteous & amazing at keeping the process quick & painless as possible. The truck was amazingly clean & well kept. I appreciate the diligence the staff provided. They explained everything & made sure I had everything I needed plus more. Absolutely an amazing location for uhaul rentals, easy access to everything & the facility looked clean & well kept. If I needed a storage unit I would definitely recommend 100%. Thank you to both ladies for recommending the rental location & everything till the end. Wonderful women who definitely need a raise for outstanding hospitality & customer service. 100 out of 10 for sure will be coming back here for future business.

Didn't have the trailers where you could pull back to them and hitch it up. They were supposed to hook us up, but we had to do it ourselves. We had to find a cinder block on the premises. We ordered furniture pads, and they didn't have them for us. Didn't come and make sure we had the correct trailer either. I'm not very happy with this place.

The nicest ladies in the front office. They were so helpful with my entire move-in. Very informative with regards to what one needs to know about payments and late fees etc. Though I’m new, so far so good.

Price of late fees is to high. They do not care how often they increase rates. I can not clear my unit out at this time due to health issues but as soon as I can, you can bet I will!! I recommend a different storage facility.
