Appliances employees are usually the most helpful esp Eric. Some lumber associates are helpful when asked to be. Most everyone else has no clue about the department they work in let shine anything else in the store. Be irritated to help yourself to load most things unless you can catch someone headed to the break room or hiding from customers you are on your own most of the time. Cashiers are almost always friendly even at the returns desk I’ve never seen let alone met the store manager or assistant manager but Robert the store manager from the Augusta hwy store occasionally helps out there and he’s absolutely the greatest and most knowledgeable associate Lowes has ever had!

It's more often than not very difficult to get customer service at this location. I don't know what it is about this location. It seems they are always understaffed here. Today my experience was that no one could be bothered to help us. After two attempts to get help purchasing a door we gave up. Do better Lowes!

I've been to the store several times trying to get a lock rekeyed, and each time I was told to come back and ask for Tim, who never seems to be there. Evidently, only Tim knows how to rekey locks. I came yet again, and got the same directions to come back again, so I waited in line for 20 minutes at customer service to find out when Tim was there, and a cashier said she thinks Lowes management decided not to have Tim rekey door locks anymore. She didn't get a manager to confirm this of course. So, I said, I have to go to Home Depot then? And, she said yes. Thanks for wasting my time having me come back multiple times. You guys really don't put your customers first. Disgusted! Will just go to Home Depot for all my needs for now on!

Shane is absolutely wonderful I ask him where something was he told me right away, I would give him 10 stars but not this store. This used to be a better store years ago. This visit I ask another lady where something was she said oh I don’t THINK we carry those so I walked back up front to ask Shane and he told me where they were. When I was looking, before asking Shane I noticed people waiting for help in the large appliances, they had to go to the front and finally someone came to help.

I went to the service desk because I needed to know the name of a plumbing part and was not sure what to ask for. Guy at desk gave me the wrong name for part. Man in plumbing department named Chris was very rude and yelled at my cousin and I because we asked for what Chris said was the wrong part. He acted as if we were bothering him and he was so superior to us. We left without what we needed because the king of plumbing couldn't help us.
