After our 2nd trip with no one able to help us, Valerie was fantastic. We needed new door locks and she took the time to teach 2 employees and us how to key the locks alike.

My experience at the Lowes location in Lexington SC was above expected. Chuck happen to greet me and my wife while looking at patio furniture he was knowledgeable and very customer focused. He helped my wife by explaining a few of the furniture options. Chuck also came out after our purchase and made sure we got it loaded even though I told him I could handle it. Chuck is an absolute blessing for any Lowes location but especially his in Lexington SC.

I was looking for a replacement part for the door the previous owner had installed. Jay in that dept. Not only called the manufacturer but was able to determine the part number based on my pictures and description. He made three phone calls and ordered the part. Thank you Jay for all your help!

So a couple of weeks go my grandma and I went I. Looking for a vanity for the bathroom and Sandra helped us even though she was in the flooring department. Today I went in looking for her ( she was off ) but Nathan was very helpful for me as well what a great team at this location. I will make the drive ever time just to come over to sunset.

Very rare I actually had someone to walk up and asked if I needed assistance.. Way to go. Very quite today not an employee in sight. Had questions but didn't want to take a full tour of the store to find an employee, so I just left empty-handed. 8/29/23 after I chased an employee down, I found out they discontinued the brand of tools I bought from them, and didn't have any attachments to fit it. 5/7/24 What has happened to customer service. I aways thought that business needed customers to make it. If there was a hardware store that offered customer service I would shop there in a ♥ beat.
