I went in this Kohl's today and the guy at the Amazon return counter with the salt and pepper hair with the glasses shoved my return receipt on the counter instead of putting in my hand. I have asked him to hand me my receipt in my hand; he refused of course. This was one of the many encounters I have had with this same guy. Everyone else is always pleasant. On a separate encounter I told him it is disrespectful to put someone's receipt on the counter instead of their hand. He said he doesn't see how that's disrespectful. I told him it is disrespectful especially if a customer's hand is extended to receive it. I really wish SOMEONE in management will go through a training course about customer courtesy with this guy!!
