I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Tremor from Jim Hudson Ford in Lexington, SC, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. From the start, salesperson Rene Campbell stood out for her excellent communication skills. She was responsive and kept me informed leading up to the sale, making the experience stress-free.On the day of the sale, everything went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was in and out of the dealership. Jeff Slaven, who handled the signing process, was also fantastic to work with. His professionalism and efficiency made the final steps of the purchase a breeze.Despite a few paperwork issues post-sale, both Rene and Jeff continued to provide outstanding customer service. They worked diligently to resolve the issues, ensuring that I was left completely satisfied with my purchase.Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at Jim Hudson Ford and would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Ford vehicle. The team's dedication to customer satisfaction and their efficient, transparent processes make them stand out. Took my car in for repair. I was greeted very nicely by Shane Sharpe. He was very professional, helpful and made sure I was fine during my time there. Thanks to him I was able to wait for my car. My exit upon completion of my car being repaired I was treated just as professionally as I was when I drove in. Customer Service is most important to me and determines if I return again!

STOLEN ITEMSI recently have had items stolen out of my vehicle while it was in the care of Jim Hudson Ford. I was told that the job would take one day. 5 days later… I pick it up and the truck had the glove box ripped out and Jim Hudson said there was nothing they can do about it. They most definitely left the vehicle unlocked in their back lot and if that is not the case, then someone in the shop tore through my truck. Either way I could not have been the only vehicle broken into during the week of 1/8/24-1/12/24 at Jim Hudson. I will no longer deal with this dealership due to this and the unnecessary amount of time they keep vehicles for service. Furthermore this has created a strong dislike for Ford vehicles in general.

As business owner, my time is very valuable. Chris and Vanessa got me in and out fast. One thing they didn’t have in stock while my van was there, they are aged to have done at my convenience at my office. This speaks volumes of their understanding of good customer service.Service area was clean, had a fridge with waters, nice chairs and a tv just to make customers comfortable.

Chris Thompson is friendly and knowledgeable. Chris suggested I needed an alignment, but I said, "i just got those tires three months ago." I called the vendor I bought the tires from and they don't do alignments. Chris was correct and saved my new tires. The waiting area is clean, the chairs are comfortable, and the coffee is good.

I had to come here back-to-back, first for an oil change and again for some recall repairs. Jake W. ALWAYS takes great care of me and my truck! While everybody there is friendly and knowledgeable, Jake forms a great rapport with his customers that keeps us coming back. I'm never there longer than needed, I'm kept updated on my truck's status, and I'm never being "sold" on more than I need. When you find a good fit, you stick with it - which is why I won't go anywhere else!

Not sure what kind of slick mess is going on but, purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 and signed all of the paperwork and was shown that the payment wasn't due until 45 days, they called a week later about some different paperwork that needed to be signed and the interest rates were better only to get calls from the dealership about having to pay them a payment almost a month later because apparently they made a payment to Capital One the day that we bought the truck and now they are telling us that a payment has to be made to them and not Capital One.Feel like contacting the better business bureau for fraudulent and deceptive sales tactics. This really puts a bad taste in my mouth.

** Second time posting this review** First one was removed within a hour of them being open……Purchased a 2021 f150 with fords 172 point inspection on 10/30. Everything went smoothly and felt like I was getting a fair deal on a clean truck. I pulled out of lot around 6pm and when I made it home at 7:30pm I realized why I got what I felt was a “fair deal”. The truck is covered in rust underneath. Some hangers are physically losing material from so much rust. I contacted them immediately this morning and was told “just surface rust” didn’t offer to do anything. This truck has 24,000 miles on it by the way. Never have I ever owned a vehicle with even comparable rust to this. No matter age either. Yes I should have inspected underneath but when ford is offering a 172 point inspection and a name like Jim Hudson you want to trust them. Live and learn. Won’t get my business in the future nor my family and friends. Before the automated message comments suggesting contact the manger, I’ve contacted my salesman, they all have my number and information they can contact me anytime they want. Look at the pictures and see if you would be happy with your new purchase being like that. Take your money somewhere they stand behind what they sell.

Got a 2015 ford focus from here and not even 6 months the check engine light is on. It would stall, shake, and even stop on its own. Took it in 3 times and they told me it was safe to drive and nothing was wrong. It was incredibly clear that there was an issue with my transmission but they refused to help or do anything to the car. They said it was safe. It is not safe AT ALL my car would stall on the interstate going 70 mph!! They are liars who sell you cheap cars!! Do not waste your time on money on these scammers.
