Horrible!! Will not acknowledge messages sent to them via text, will not return phone calls in a timely manner. Doesnt insure that directions on showing the house are followed. And we as the sellers are the ones that will pay them. Great talk up front, very poor service & follow up. We gave the Name & contact info for the Attorney that we wanted to use, they did not do that! Closing did not happen as schedule, then the Buyer was allowed to sign closing Docs & given keys to the house BEFORE funds were in the hands/account of the closing Attorney!! This entire deal has been an absolute nightmare. Be smart & RUN from anything and everyone connected to this group!

Parris Patterson is a very dedicated respectable agent. She is ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, Parris would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. She would treat the situation like she is the one who’s going to be purchasing the property.
Parris looks out for you and has your best interests in mind.
