The staff are very friendly at the Sunset Blvd location. The store is neat and organized. It's the only place in town where we can buy our furry baby's food. We love coming here.

I wish I had gotten the young lady name! This was my first time walking in and for one the best smelling pet store I’ve entered , very organized and my eyes didn’t know where to look … they have EVERYTHING. I could’ve spent an hour in there looking , it got exciting the more stuff I saw. The young lady at register was so polite and helpful asking and giving knowledgeable advice regarding which dog food and treats to get for my new 4m puppy . I left out of there with a big smile and something helpful for my new baby. I live in Elgin and this place was worth the drive!

The employee helped me choose what I needed. Even when I asked for a remedy for my pet, she could have made the sale and not have concerned herself. However she was very professional and concerned for the well-being of my pet and suggested I consult with a veterinarian.
I will definitely be a loyal customer!

This store is very well-organized and clean. The staff are friendly and always willing to help find what you need. I love shopping at Hollywood Feed, they have great customer perks and awesome products that most big box pet stores don’t carry!
