Took PC in for service. Told them it would most likely need a motherboard. Picked up and told an updated was all that was needed, charged me $200. 35 days later same exact issue. Called and spent 30 minutes on the phone being told I downloaded something to cause the problem and recommended another……$200 service. That won’t fix it - disappointed service, finger pointing and lack of service. Do not like leaving negative reviews but when you’re taken advantage of probably need to let others know. Great location, catchy name and hope this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Grand Computers in Lexington, SC is the absolute best! They have repaired my desktop in a very timely and professional manner, including installing a new hard drive. They answered my numerous questions (from this non-tech person) and spent time with me explaining many things. In addition, they worked on my computer remotely after I got it home and had more questions. They are reasonably priced and I cannot say enough about the staff there. Travis and Shawn are amazing. I would not hesitate to take my computers for repair to this fine, reputable business.

Grand Computers in Lexington sold me a reconditioned laptop for an excellent price, and worked with me to make sure all my files were transferred from the old laptop to the new. They also assisted me in getting our email service transferred to another program and ensured that all mail folders and sub-folders transferred as well. This was all done with smiles on the employees' faces and with no additional charges. I will deal with them for our future computer needs. Thanks to all, and God bless you and your business!

I was referred here from someone else to get a screw for my SSD, Now I don't know much about computers, but the employee over there explained everything to me in a clear and simple way. Alongside that, they gave me the screw for completely free when I wouldve had to pay 5 dollars on Amazon, while waiting for them to find the screw, I looked around the store and found great deals on cases, security systems and even SSD and HDDs, this place is an amazing business and the next upgrade I get on my PC, I'm coming here.

I brought my son's laptop in for repair. It is like new. They communicated with me and patient as it was difficult for me to pick the laptop up.

Subpar communication and follow through from Mr. B. Very poor attempt to resolve issue and make it right by staff. I'm only one customer so they could care less. Actions speak louder than words. So much for trying to support locally owned business. Next time, GEEK SQUAD.

Do not take your computer here. They lost all my pictures, videos and Norton program during the repair. I was told 5 different times that my computer would be ready. I finally just went to the store and picked it up unfinished.

My old work PC just stopped one morning, I called to inquire about a repair. I was told they were really busy, but to bring it in. The next day, I got a call that it was an OS issue and it was up and running. It's been a week now, and it's running better than ever. And all for a very fair price. Thank you! I'll be stopping back soon for an upgrade.

Very disappointed with Customer Service and Repair:I brought my portable jump drive in for repair in April 2022, under the assumption that a part was ordered to fix the problem. After never receiving any communication via email or phone regarding the status of my portable jump drive, I dropped in multiple times (over a 3 month period) and was told the part had not arrived and was not for sure when it would be there. My last visit to the facility, which was today (7/27) I was told by "possibly" the owner I was being charged $20 dollars for sautering and pulling three documents off of my computer that was saved from my portable drive - *note - my drive had 3 to 5 years of important documents on it. The drive still does not work and no new part was placed on the drive. I was very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the owner and will not be patronizing this establishment again.

Everytime, I need help with my computer they always help me. They have great customer service. I have been going to them for the past two year’s. My job requires me to have a computer at all times and I can’t complain they have a great service. Their great with installing security cameras too.
