They were closing when I arrived, an hour earlier than posted. I needed trauma care for my 1 year old who fell victim to a dog attack. Highly disappointed.
In response to owner:
They only had a front desk person that was counting down the cash drawer when I came inside. There were 2 associates speaking behind the counter, which one was getting pamphlets for suggesting another provider. It was explained to me that they were short staffed as the reason for closing. If no one communicated to you of this situation, I suggest you evaluate your staff. Dishonesty doesn't look good on a resume. I have 2 witnesses to support my claim.

My husband and I would like to share our experience with the amazing staff at Grace Animal Hospital. We had an older dog that was not well and was approaching the end of her life. They provided information and support through her last months. When the time finally came to make the decision not to let her suffer any longer they lovingly walked us through the process. We can not thank them enough for all they did that morning as we grieved our sweet little pet. We appreciate the grace, care and love they showed us and little Annie.

We bring all of our animals here. The staff is amazing and they truly care about the animals. I’m always amazed at the cost as I always expect it to be so much higher than it ends up being. We will only bring our pets here.

They were very attentive and friendly. I had to wait longer than I would have liked to. I was pleased with the service.
We always have great service, professional and pleasant. They are very accommodating and go the extra mile. Sept 2024: Last week Dr. Adams, Brandy and Jenn were angels and really helped give me what I needed being overwhelmed with a new puppy!! Jenn being a pug momma really helped reassure me everything was going to be just fine!! Things have been so much better since my visit!! They referred JD to CVETS and they were prompt and he is having surgery Wed 9.11. Thank you for all you do and always help.

Great team of animal loving people, who are knowledgeable, talented and CARE!! They take great care to ensure your pets are comfortable in the environment and truly embrace the concept of care and treatment without fear!! Their staff are all trained in employing treatment/exams without traumatizing the animal. Great communication, during the visit and with follow up!
Thank you Grace Animal Hospital for helping my dog and being so kind.

It is not easy to find a vet to see your pet on the same day, and I was so glad to be able to make a same day appointment for my dog and felt so relieved after having her seen. Dr. Echols was very kind, patient, and informative. Although Luna was not the happiest patient, we are grateful she was taken care of ?? Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!
