I have been coming to the Lexington location for the past 6 years. Every single time I have been extremely impressed with the customer service and speed at which Lee and his team have looked after me. They explain in great detail how the pricing and service time is for mechanical repairs and do a thorough comparison in person when choosing sets of tires. I have bought at least 4 sets of tires there and have had a few mechanical repairs done as well. They warranty their work and stand behind it. I stand behind them and I don’t take my cars n trucks anywhere else. I highly recommend for customer service AND workmanship. 10/10

I went to the Garners Ferry location and had an awful experience, so I was very skeptical about going to another Goodyear. But I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service here! Not only was everyone extremely polite and easy to talk to, my car’s A/C was fixed up (and they did it way faster than expected on top of that). Definitely would recommend this place to anyone in need of a mechanic.

Unexpectedly needed to replace my tires and this shop was the only one open after 5PM on a Saturday. Muhammed took my vehicle in and got me back on the road by Monday 4.30PM (They are closed Sundays). Thanks for the great service sir! :-)

I pass by several auto shops in the way to this one. Why? Because the customer service has always been A1. Both the lobby and restrooms are clean. My car is serviced in a timely manor. I’ve never had a negative experience here.

Read reviews before I called, well reviews are good, I thought. Ok made a appointment alignment and tires for 1500 hrs. Got there at 1430. I understand things happen. So at 1700 hrs they told me they done. So I knew they didn't do the alignment, I waited that is how I knew. I asked about the alignment and then the told me the person had a emergency at 1400 hrs. I understand but couldn't yall have told me this when i arrived so we can reschedule. Well the I get in truck and I understand they test drive but what was he testing. The sound system and all the buttons in my truck. The seat I can understand being moved.So please tell your future customers if you will not be able to perform all the tasks before you start.

This one isn't hard. I just relocated from Ohio back to South Carolina and I needed help. I needed a friendly voice and some reassurance to help quell my anxiety. I was anxious because I'm here alone and I needed a friend when I'm in need. "A friend in need is a friend indeed" is what I was always taught. Lee Darty was that friend that I needed indeed because he understood my situation, he understood my budget constraints and he made it happen! Not only was everyone super professional, but they made me feel like a friend. I would greatly recommend that you talk to Lee about your issues because he will not sell you, he will try and fix you! True story.

I've finally found an honest automotive shop! Dropped my car off at 8am and was told they should know something by 10:30am. When I hadn't heard anything, I called and found out that due to an unexpected delay, they had not even had a chance to look at my car. I thought, "here we go again" as I've heard that excuse from many other shops before. This time it was different. Lee and his team worked hard to get my car diagnosed and back on the road again just as promised, even willing to work past closing to get it fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend Lee and his team for any automotive repair needs that you might have.
