Waited almost 20 minutes for an attendant to help unload donated items..at 11:00am. Then when 1 attendant arrives, he had to help load brought items through same access as donated items. Not well run at all!

Goodwill is getting so greedy!!! Thrifting here used to be fun but now used DONATED items are priced so high I may as well just buy items brand new smh

Great selection and great people! I have found several articles of clothing that have helped me in job interviews. Just today Ally, the assistant manager, found my girlfriend's lost phone and kept it safe for us to pick up! I'd give 100 stars out of 10 if I could!

This Goodwill is one of the better ones in the area. It does not put out broken or chipped glass items like most do.

Just a weird encounter today. Most likely will not shop at the loft no more fake items and certain people can more comfortably holding items than others.

The prices are insane. THESE ITEMS WERE DONATED FOR FREE. This goodwill specifically puts wacky prices on donated items compared to other goodwill stores.

I will no longer be shopping at this location. They have recently added a new boutique section to their store. Now anything name brand is in the boutique section, and they have doubled and tripled the prices. This aggravates me because every single thing they have, was given to them for free as a donation. I have also looked beyond the fact that their CEO only donates 82 cent of every dollar they make to charity. This is just becoming too much. People are getting greedy, and while I understand times are hard; they should understand that the people who shop there are most likely living paycheck to paycheck and are just trying to put clothes on their kids. Corporate greed at its finest. Disgusting.

If you are coming here for home goods/furniture, don’t bother. Their items are always expensive and overpriced for things that need a lot of TLC, are dirty, or from smoking homes. You’re better off looking on Facebook marketplace or other local thrift stores. They do seem to have a lot of clothes if that’s your thing.
