The place is very busy and understaffed, but they still manage to attend to the customers. I did have to wait quite a while. But my package arrived safely and the parking is plentiful so it’s all good.

The staff was very helpful in getting the label from San Diego and printing the shipping label for document to get to mortage provider by Monday. Site is in Lexington, SC Walmart.

Ran off of the road by a fedex driver and called to report it. They didn't care at all.I spoke to their Lexington number in The Philippines. She lied and said they can't track drivers. Barely spoke English. Also said that I could not contact FedEx locally. Fedex has really gone way down hill.

Absolutely putrid service, incompetent delivery driver holy cow ? really...yes sir. Just don't fire the man, we all make mistakes, his was just not clearly THINKING about the service definition of a 2 day weather delayed urgency of a priority overnight delivery. If the driver is still unsure of the address... call your supervisor... there's never a dumb question in business, especially when it's an overdue priority overnight delivery...

If only there was a way to give zero stars. All I have to say is there are plenty of jobs out there if you hate your job then don’t work there. Customers should not have to pay the price for you being miserable.

FedEx in general is not much better than the USPS. Neither organization can seem to deliver packages on time or properly. They'll send an "Attempted Delivery" notice even when they don't actually make an attempt. They should be aware that most homes have cameras now and can see when their incompetent drivers don't even stop or drive by. Maybe they could merge with USPS and then they'd be able to deliver 2/3 of their packages.

After waiting like 10 mins or so with an empty store they didn't want to take my drop off package. Not willing to help or work. Very poor customer service.

Very efficient, friendly, and polite people working. They helped me get my packages shipped quickly and were very nice.
