The clerk was very helpful. It would be better if FedEx had a place other than the Walgreens checkout desk. It cost me $8 to purchase a roll of tape rather than to drive home and back again.

Found a package on my doorstep the other day. It was not mine, even though the address matched. I called to have them pick it up, but they couldn't bc i didn't have the tracking number. I had to have it dropped off at one of their sites/boxes.

It was a huge packet that I needed to drop off, so service was unavailable for that size and weight.I needed to take it somewhere else
