Unpleasant experience all the way around. You have to buy a unit before you look at it. If you do pay to look at a unit, make sure you call and call until you get a human to give you your refund and take you off the unit. Don't start renting at the end of the month. You just got and payed full price for a unit on the 20th and come the first, they want you to pay again. In less than 2 weeks and you'll have already paid full price for two months. If I could post with NO stars, I would. There are many more problems as well.

Rented two 10x15 units @ $100/month each. Awesome rental rate. All was done over the phone. The representative, William, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Units and overall facility was clean.

Oct 2014 what I though be 6 months to a year for my large unit that is way the best rate hands down. Here we are July 2022 still being treated like family and knowing my items are safe.
