Started going to longs pond training with Dre Bryant. I was super nervous but eager. He is brilliant. Patient. Knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this location not only for the amazing friendly faces but also the gym is super clean and organized. Just all around best experience.

I work at Circle K and the store is close to the gym. It is rarely real busy at the time I get off work and I can just zip in & out quickly. Very convenient and friendly environment.
