Ms Connie and the other gentleman were very helpful and personable.However, BJ the older Indian gentleman could use a lesson in customer service. He was very rude and discourteous. I wanted to use the remainder of funds off of a card so that I wouldn't lose it. And, he blurted out in line DECLINED. Your card is DECLINED with other customers in line.I'm not sure if this is a race thing which would be ironic with this brown man but not inheard of or is this a gender thing or is this a poor customer service issue or perhaps a combination of all threeI said, I'd like to use the partial amount and pay the remainder in an alternate tender. So not to make a scene, I begrudgingly paid in one tender.What happened to the customer being right?Beware of BJ and his lack of customer service

Store is a mess. Empty boxes all over the store that you have to walk around and try not to hit them. Shelves are empty but how so many empty boxes? Definitely shouldn't be called the dollar tree anymore. Lots of items up to $5 pricing. That's why they built the 5 and below store.Most of the time Walmart still has cheaper prices than the Dollar tree.

If I could give this store a 0 star I would. There was a very rude man(child) that works there that says he is a manager. When working with the public and you are a manager you shouldn’t be talking about customers when they can hear you. Maybe he should take management classes. Very unprofessional!!
