I’m not sure what the older man’s problem is that works there and drives a grey jeep. But it’s always something when I go in there with my children. I’ve had 4 different incidents that I’d had with him. We aren’t loud and we don’t steal and we respectful of the store but watching us when we check out and having other workers watch us because you don’t like us is absured. I’ve never had a problem with anyone but him. The lady’s that work there are really nice and always welcome us when we come in. The guys that works there see us and immediately look the other way and say nothing. I get you don’t have to greet everyone walking it. It’s just funny it only happens when the old guy is working. He’s a jerk for no reason. This is the closest DG near my house. I’ll just go to another one bc it just feels like I’m being watched every time I go in there

Hanna was incredibly helpful and nice to my daughter and myself. She offered us help while we were shopping and then made my daughter very happy with a little piece of chocolate on the way out. Excellent customer service from her.

We got a lot of merchandise, orange juice, snacks, etc. While we were checking out at the SELF CHECKOUT, we rang up a 6 pack of Strawberry Daquari. After we finished checking out to pay, it was waiting to get an age approval for the Strawberry Daquaris ..We waited for over 5 minutes , I went to the tall, young African American man that was checking out a man. I asked him if his Manager was near by or if he could approve the age verification of my 59 year old husband. He said yes, I'll take care of it. FIVE MINUTES LATER he kept ringing other male customers up. HE NEVER ALERTED THE MGR. We continued to WAIT ‼️ FINALLY the Manager on duty came out of the room , RIGHT BEHIND the self checkout where we were standing. SHE WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME AND NEVER CAME OUT of the office to complete our Transaction to approve the wine. It is Pathetic and irresponsible to make us WAIT OVER 10 MINUTES just to approve the alcohol.We thought we would have a better experience at that location vs. the one near our home, Pond Branch DG near the 44 Truck Stop / I-20 exit.Our location would have NEVER MADE US WAIT THAT LONG.SHAME ON THEM.Sue & Dannear Gilbert, South Carolina

We were so happy and thankful this opened in the community many years ago. Its still great and makes it so easy to stop in and pick up a gallon of milk, bag of catfood, and a box of mac & cheese and get back out quick. Also, their cookies are just as good (if not better then a certain scout organization sells once a year) and so much cheaper.

Store was kinda clean but definitely needed to be stocked . My son and I went today just stopping in from out of town and we paid at self check. An item rang up incorrectly that was supposed to be Easter clearance. Pushed button for h so we could just take the item off . Employee was right behind the counter and she blatantly just ignored me asking for help. Waited a few min and stillNothing . My son was with me and saw her being rude. He even said ..” she isn’t listening and ignoring us” Completely ignores me and goes to check a customer out. She doesn’t even acknowledge me or say I will be with you in a min. She was just plain rude . Asked for assistance and got her cutting her eye at me. I ended upWalking out and got nothing . I have noTime forRude trashy people. She needs to go home or find a job NOT in customer service

With the heat index today it was over 100 and their poor employees were working with no AC, looked like they were literally about to pass out. I couldn’t even stand to be in there for more than a minute, I can’t imagine how they were feeling. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of themselves.
