We rented a U-Haul, drove an hour and a half expecting to pick it up and no one was there. We called, waited 45 min after our pick up time, and ultimately had to go to a different location.

Reserved a UHaul and the woman I spoke with was so incredibly nice. She helped us secure a truck closer to us when U-Haul customer support wouldn’t. Highly recommend for the service!!!! Good people.

Well I'm just a driver who took his friend to get all 1,300 back from you. I didn't have any thing to do with what is being said. You didn't have any right to take it out on me for no reason. I don't think it's right to threatening me personally with a gun and my friends we were just trying to get what was owed there was no need to get mad. So I hope you understand that I don't take threats very well.
