Slowest drive thru ever on Augusta Hwy. 20 minutes for 4 cars is ridiculous! How can delivering a prescription be this slow.

I came to CVS and went to use their drive thru, but I didn’t realize the closing time on Sunday was different. I got in the drive thru line at 4:30 and didn’t make it to the window until 5:04 at which time the guy at the window asked how he could help, I asked for my prescription and offered him a goodrx card to which he said “we are technically closed and it takes some time to put in that code. So would you rather just pay full price?” I asked him the price and he said it was 4xs the amount on goodrx so I had to decline. At this time he told me to have a good day and I drove off only to find that he served everyone else in line. Fortunately my meds aren’t for a life threatening issue but if they were, I wouldn’t have been served because he didn’t feel like putting in a goodrx code….after I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes. My wife’s primary Care physician sent a prescription to your CVS location on Thursday December 28th for Cefpodoxime. When she went to pick it up she was told it was not a stock item and she needed to call the CVS location on Sunset Blvd to see if they had it and they would transfer the script. She called the Sunset Blvd location and was told they didn’t have it either so I called Walgreens on Sunset Blvd and they said they would need to order it but would call CVS to get the script. The next day she received a text from your CVS location saying the script was on order and she would receive a call when it arrived. 8 days went by and another doctor visit and a follow up script to address another issue, so she went to your location to pick up the new script and check on the old one. Surprisingly, the staff mixed the new script immediately (which before took several days to do), but they said Walgreens had it. She stepped out of a long line to contact Walgreens and the pharmacist said they requested the script from your location but never received it. She stepped back in the still very long line and told the counter clerk what Walgreens had said to me. So they started looking for it and low and behold they found the inventory to fill the script. Now mind you she went 8 days with a very painful UTI all because of your pharmacies ineptitude. This is the second time in a row your service has been extremely poor and NO ONE APOLOGIZED EITHER TIME. I’ve heard great things about Publix pharmacy on 378 so she is taking her pharmaceutical business there. I believe your location is too busy and doesn’t have sufficient staff to handle the workload so they are making mistakes such as this. How long will it be before they fill a prescription with the wrong product?

The staff and the pharmacists are great here, but the company cut the pharmacy hours way back causing huge back ups and long lines inside at the pharmacy counter and at the drive through. I feel badly for the staff (who are always polite and professional) having to deal with the mess it’s created.

Recently bought a $300 visa gift card . When I tried to use it , it was declined . Contacted cvs and was told not our problem .. contacted the card company and was told funds were depleted .. didn’t know how or by whom .. and that funds are non retrievable … sorry we can’t help you ?

The place is always clean and the staff are always helpful. Scott is the most kind lovely human being and I hope he continues to work there!

Review for the pharmacy only. Just moved less than a mile down the road but use to use the 24 hour CVS so we thought this location would be more convenient. The pharmacist was nice getting our families medications moved over but they are constantly out of stock even being on the ready fill. Hours are very limited and the drive-through is always horribly backed up. Most of the cashiers are not very friendly checking you out here and always have an attitude. Maybe if they along with the rest of the locations wouldn't close for lunch they wouldn't get so backed up.About to change back to the 24 hour location across town where they always have our medication on hand and much more friendly.

Store very clean and well laid out. Fully stocked and well staffed. They do have a drive up pharmacy, however, that was very busy when we got there. Chose to go inside and had no lines at the pharmacy counter. Whether you need prescriptions filled photos made or simply pick up some quick supplies for the house you can’t go wrong with this location. They also have a minute clinic and Covid testing. Little bit of everything.
