Just went to Cricket store spoke and was helped by Efre to set up an account and transfer over from another provide to them. Efre was super knowledgeable, was a great help, and answered all my questions. So far we are to a good start with Cricket.

I love crickets prices but anytime I have a problem it's a long hold time and then I get sent to the store anyways. Then at the store they call and I have to wait there as well to be told there is nothing that can be done. Ended up having to buy a new phone for complete unknown issue with service.

Girls are nice and friendly. if you are in need of a phone and don't want to spend all your money, this is a good option
