First time with this body shop and was extremely pleased. Ended up with several small dents on my jeep gladiator above the windshield. They had it done in a week. Also I live near by and had been working nights and they actually brought it to my house which saved me the headache of waiting till my wife arrived home. Great guys. Thanks again !

Someone ran into the front drivers side of my suv almost totaling it. Had it hauled to Cresent Collision. Once your car is wrecked that bad you never feel like it’s the same but it was. They fixed it up like it was brand new; you would never know it was almost totaled by the insurance company. They also have the best customer service. Took me home and brought my car to me when I didn’t have a ride. Highly recommend Cresent Collision for all your bodywork needs.

Chris at Crescent was amazing. My experience with insurance and my first shop was horrible. After I asked Chris for help he handled everything from contacts with adjusters, insurance to keeping me informed. Parts were hard to find but Chris honored my wishes of finding factory parts and fixing my daughters car right. He would not let the car go until he was satisfied as well which I appreciate so much as a father. I knew the service and communication had been top notch so I was blown away when I saw that the work he did on my daughters car was like new. I have dealt with numerous shops over the years but this was by far the best work and customer service I have seen. There are still people out there who take pride in what they do. Allen and all of his crew at Crescent Collision are seriously the best! You’d be crazy to go anywhere else for any type of auto body needs. Not only did they fix my car in a very reasonable amount of time, but they worked with my insurance company the entire way so I didn’t have to lift a finger. Thank you guys so much! I was completely blown away the customer service I received at Crescent Collision.When my car was totaled on I-20 over the holiday season, they had a tow truck out to me in less than half an hour. Any time I needed something (while the insurance company was processing the claim), they were on top of it immediately.Again, very impressed with the customer service. I don't write many reviews on Google but there's simply no way I couldn't acknowledge what was done on my behalf. Thanks again!

I had gotten sideswiped and Crescent Collision repaired my car. They found the running board I needed which they do not make anymore and they had everything they needed to fix my Tahoe. My boyfriend and I called to see if they could fix my car (the radiator mount and the radiator). The guy that called us back said they were busy and would probably be a few weeks out til they could fix it, which we understood. We just asked for a quote to see around how much it would be even though they had a wait time. The guy then proceeded to act like he didnt even want to do it by shutting down the conversation. I get that it's not a big job but with all the good reviews I just expected better from them.

All the folks at Crescent Collision were great to deal with. The workmanship was outstanding and the repairs that were made restored my car to new condition. I paid out of pocket for the repairs since I damaged my car myself. Prices were excellent. Crescent Collision did an awesome job repairing my car after I was rear-ended. Kris did a great job of keeping me informed, and the other employees there were very helpful and friendly as well. I am so happy my car was towed to this shop after getting into an accident. My car looks brand new and I am so pleased with the work that the shop did! Kris has amazing communication and responds in a very timely manner. He handled all the issues with insurance and made this process a very easy one! I highly recommend using this shop!!! I recently got into a car accident and was referred to Crescent Collision by my brother. Chris was very helpful and friendly with the repairing process and kept me up to date on the status on my car being repaired. They did such a great job with the repair, brand new, as if nothing happened. The day I picked my car up I noticed the outside of the car was clean and the tires/rims as well. When I opened the door I noticed they cleaned the inside thoroughly which I was not expecting but appreciated so much that they went out of their way for my satisfaction. Thank you so much ! Needed to have grill removed and replaced. From the time I called to explain the situation to the final fix of my vehicle, the process went smoothly. Everyone was professional and on top of things. They are awesome! I couldn't wait to get my car back so I called maybe a little to much. They were always very nice and had my car back before Christmas and it was perfect!! The inside was even cleaned and a peice on the back middle seat belt was never there but it is now!!Not even one flaw with the body work.
