** Parents Beware **We enrolled our two year old son into this facility and from the first day he started I was never at peace with this daycare. The main access door into the facility was secured by a very cheap residential type code lock which holds a maximum of 4 different codes so this means the daycare has no way of suspending access to someone or maintaining a secure access within the facility. Secondly the video surveillance system is a DIY system and this facility has zero exterior cameras which is a HUGE safety concern. I tried to bring these concerns up to the director Rose Mary attention and she was very arrogant to my concerns and ended up hand writing a note to put on the owners desk so he and I could dicscuss in more detail. However three weeks passed and l did not hear from him so I followed up via the website inquiry form and Sandra responded saying they never received a note the night I submitted the online inquiry but then changed her story the next day stating that’s Rose Mary ( the director ) said I was trying to sell them a security system. I found this to be very discouraging because1. I am not in the security system industry.2. Even if I was trying to sell them a system as a parent of a child attending their daycare a follow up call would be professional. However after debating with a very unprofessional owner Sandra I now know why I did not receive a follow up. She not only claims to have some “ open door policy “ as stated on their website. She refused to have a meeting with me as I requested several times via email regarding the above safety concerns. Her response was All these years we haven’t had any issues. End of day if you would like to have your children treated like they are in a toddler day jail. Served food that is heated in a microwave with a scoop of Apple sauce. A daycare that is not secure and John Doe off the street could easily walk into because of their lack of investment into a commercial grade access control stystem. A daycare that has a surveillance system that has no exterior cameras not even one at the front door. (Correction there is a camera at the front door that is dangling by the cord but it was from the previous owner and does not work) then that’s what you will get here. In closing- if a daycare has to market “ Christian “ within their name, they don’t have a review link on their social media page, and has a very short waiting list then that’s even more of a red flag.Keep your children safe and find another place for them!

The best daycare i have found for my children. Excellent care and loving teachers/management. It is very clean and the staff care a lot about keeping it that way. They have cared for my children since they were babies and they love this daycare.

Do not let the good reviews fool you. DO YOUR RESEARCH. If you want your child safe, and you want a say in how they’re treated if they are injured, do not leave your child here. You’ll find little things that bother you with every daycare, but I’m telling you- this is not a safe place for your kids. Google their name in the news. Check DSS records. Don’t make the mistake we did, by being blinded by some good reviews. Read the bad ones & see how passionate people are about NOT bringing your kid here. When our story made the news I had TONS of messages from parents and former employees with horrifying stories of experiences at this place. The owners are incredibly unprofessional & very judgemental. Check their facebooks and you’ll see all of the things they so clearly find appalling. I waited 4 years to come leave this review. I’m cooled off & still....don’t take the risk.

We have been at Creative Beginnings for almost two years now. Both of my boys have been loved on and taken very good care of while there. They are very aware of your child’s health and others during the day. My boys are always smiling and happy to see their teachers. It’s a bonus to me as a teacher that they allow me to take my boys out during summer and pay ahead to hold my spot. This is an amazing perk that is hard to find with such good care. It allows me to care for my family and save money during the summer. They care about the whole family.

Our daughter has received excellent care since she began 8 months ago! All of the employees are so kind and do a lot of fun activities with the kids to sharpen their minds. Ms. Pam is an amazing teacher and has been a blessing to our family.

Our son, who is 4 now, started at Creative Beginnings when he was 3 months old. We LOVE that he is loved on and encouraged by the teachers daily. He loves his teachers! It is going to be so hard when we have to leave for "big boy school" next year. I love that he gets to hear God's word throughout the day through prayer and chapel time. He loves going there and has learned so much!! Wonderful school and awesome teachers!!

My son is 8 months and has been there since he was 8 weeks. He loves all the workers there especially Mrs. Pam. She had been with him since we got there and treats him like her own. Being a first time mom I was nervous about choosing a daycare and I am so glad I found Creative Beginnings.

My child has been going to Creative Beginnings since she was old enough to start and I have had a great experience. The teachers are very nice and welcoming and treat all of the kids like they are their own kids. The teachers have taught my child a lot and I appreciate everything they do for my child.

This place has many great reviews, so I cannot understand how I had the experience I did. My aunt and I drove there in hopes of seeing the place. I appreciated that they had a key code on the door so that not just anyone could get in. However, as I walked to the door, I saw multiple people in an office to the left, and a woman in the room to the right who was not doing anything. I rang the bell when I got inside, waited for about two minutes, rang the bell again. No one came. The doors to both rooms that had staff in them were open. The entire time that I was waiting children were screaming, and I could not tell why because the doors to every other room in the facility were closed and I could not see in. So, we followed the instructions to call the number if no one answered the bell. Upon which we were told that we must have an appointment to see the daycare. No other daycare that I toured had this policy, nor did they sound so irritated by my asking. As if it wasn't fishy enough that multiple children were screaming, from more than one room, all doors were closed, and we were blatantly ignored, they also wanted to be sure that they could prepare before we saw the facility? I don't understand how you send your children here, I would want the people that I trust to watch my baby to always be ready for a tour. If they have to alter their behavior or change things in the facility for me to see it, that is false advertising.

We are so thankful to have found Creative Beginnings! The staff has been wonderful and have helped with all the transistions that come with raising a child, the latests being potty training! I can honestly say that the staff loves my child like she is their own! She has learned so much and I know is being loved on while I have to work!

When I went back to work, I was worried about putting my 2 children in daycare. I looked into pretty much all of the daycare centers in town. I decided to try Creative Beginnings because everyone seem so friendly and it is a Christian daycare that provides fulltime hours. I am so glad that I did. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and they are really happy there. The staff and owner are so wonderful. They have become a part of our family. They are focused on teaching kids what they need to know for kindergarten as well as spiritual values. Thank you so much Mrs. Sandra, Ms. Rosemary, Ms. Mandy, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Melonie, Ms. Tattianna, and Mr. Scott for provide a safe a loving place for my children while I work. I can never thank you enough. Love Nicole

I'm so glad we followed one of our daughter's teachers to this school. It has been so amazing since the first day. My daughter used to cry everyday I dropped her off at her previous school but here I can barely get a hug and kiss bye. I love that she is so excited about going to school and upset if I tell her she won't be going for whatever reason that day. The do so many activities with the kids that are age appropriate, the have Chapel every Tuesday (which she loves), and just started Music on Friday's!! If there is ever an issue with my daughter the school calls me and if I ever have any issues or comments they listen and fix whatever issues that might arise. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an awesome Christian environment for your child to grow up and learn in. The biggest thing I love is the fact that they say The Pledge of Allegiance every morning, coming from a very patriotic family and being military myself this means a lot!

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this amazing group of people. We went through several child care centers before being directed to Creative Beginnings Christian. After more than a year and a half my daughter is thriving and learning more everyday. She hasn't just learned her ABC's, she's learning about loving herself and respecting others. We could not be happier with our choice.
