Have not been to this store in person but have ordered online and was a horrible experience. There is no interface to access your order, no confirmation email, only a tracking number generated through USPS. After the item arrived, I wanted to exchange sizes which is not possible. Had to call repeatedly to get through to someone and once I did they were out of stock and the solution was to pay my own return shipping PLUS cover the cost of their initial shipping to me. Never again, I'd rather pay double and order straight from the manufacturer. They shouldn't offer items online if they cant support that logistically.

My husband is an awkward size, therefore very difficult to fit. Although we could not find just the right suit for him at CR, the customer service here is exemplary. They work as hard as they possibly can to make sure your visit to their store is a positive experience. I would recommend their store for all men’s ware. A special thank you to Jeremy for being so very helpful and extremely patient with my husband and myself. It’s not every day your only daughter gets married and you helped alleviate some stress.
