“My experience to date has been fantastic and I'm sure it will continue to be well after my carpet is installed. Lisa, Todd and Tammy have all been very nice to work with. After discussing my carpet desires with Lisa, she gave me a very accurate ball park of the costs and Todd was able to come out (that same day) to measure my rooms! I took the weekend to review all the quotes I had gotten and on Monday, Lisa gave me a courtesy call (the only quote provider to do so) to follow up. Floor Marts quote was indeed several hundred more than another quote for the exact same carpet; however, based in their friendliness, quickness, amount of time spent with me and their willingness to "fine tune" my quote, I was more than willing to spend my $ with them vs the cheaper alternative! I will update my post once the carpet is installed, but I have no doubt the experience will be equally as pleasing at it has been so far!”
