I have known these guys for almost ten years. I truly trust them for their knowledge of vehicles. They don’t lie to you just to get a sale. I have had a lot of bad experiences with dealers just telling me anything I want to hear. Not these guys they always informed me of ups and downs. Recently I contacted them for some ev information. My reason was to have an Uber ride. John was so helpful and he got me into a Prius V. 10 years old with 80k miles. Ment condition! They never sale garbage and it cost me half as much as what I was looking at. They are friends and family to me and they are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. A+++

I just want to say that I had a great experience buying my new car from Mr. John at Carolina motors. He was very nice, not pushy like most car dealers and really seemed to care and make sure that I wanted the car before I bought it. John is Top Notch!! If you want a smooth no hassle buying experience, I highly recommend this local business!! This is not your run of the mill roadside dealer who's buying wrecked cars or auction cars quick fixing them and turning and selling. His cars are hand selected and 1-2 owner CLEAN cars. I bought a Lexus IS from him that he knew everything about from the former owners to its certifications.GIVE THE SMALL GUY A CHANCE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

My experience was terrible with Carolina Motors . I called the car lot about a vehicle and the guy that answered the phone said to stop by and we would go for a spin. I stopped by to look at the car and after looking at it I was interested in a test drive . He responds “Oh No” I don’t give joy rides . I responded “ so you have to buy the car before you can drive it and his response was “yep”. Well I’m 61yrs old and I’ve never in my life heard of such. If I was an online shopper I would have never walked onto his lot but I’m an old school kinda guy and I need to test drive any car that I buy but this guys attitude was BUY IT and then you can DRIVE IT.

I had a recent business transaction that was quite satisfying with James Carter. He was quick to answer his phone and quickly earned my trust by not only being responsive, but an active listener tuned into my needs as a customer. Carolina Motors is a top shelf, top quality dealership speaking from my personal experience.After having researched used2010- 2013 Ford Transit Connects online for weeks Carolina Motors popped up with a 2011 XLT Premium1. The mileage was under 80 k2. The overall condition was very good I'd say.3. The price undercut other vehicles that were similar to this one by more than a couple thousand dollars.4. I arranged to buy it ASAP and am extremely pleased with my purchase.Thanks for reading this review.My recommendation is if you are in the market for a used vehicle anywhere in the region of Carolina Motors do your research like I did and you may find the kind of deal you wanted.
