I give Boost Mobile this rating because I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for about 2weeks now about my phone and still can’t to this day. I tried calling the customer care number that didn’t work the the customer service number is don’t work. And my the other problem that I have is that my card was debited twice for my phone bill and I need a refund and I can’t talk to anyone that’s poor poor customer service

Drove 30 minutes to get here. Run down building attached to a gas station. Door was locked during business hours.Call before you make the trip

The Boost cell phone business is joined to a liquor store. The entrance is actually at the liquor store, so it's confusing when you arrive. There was a single clerk for both businesses. It's difficult to understand his speech.As if the above wasn't enough, this store shows an ad claiming a $25/month unlimited data. But the clerk refuses to service the ad and directs you to the customer service phone.

I bought two $3 scratch, both won back the $3. I took them to two separate gas stations who both told me the machine said to call security bc the tickets weren't registered. After explaining where I got the both gas stations opted to not call security. Now I've got to go all the way back to this store to cash them in. It's not worth it. I'll have to use the amount I won in gas just to go back there.
